The Year of YOU! – Richard’s Commentary

February 6, 2014 Leave a comment

Rosemary is nothing if not provocative. She wrote her Ezine article last week after coming down from her very successful Possibilities Playshop during which she led our group through an afternoon of meditation to meet a guide for the year, more meditation to clear blocks and cut cords, and most importantly to get in touch with our “bodacious wish” for the year. Then we created a “roadmap” or a “guidebook” to move us through the year to help us make our “bodacious wish” come true! So, I am not surprised when she states:

This year make a pact with yourself to BE WHO YOU CAME HERE TO BE. If that is your only resolution, goal, to-do YOU WILL BE AMAZING this year!

The Playshop was all about being. We did not use our left-brains; we did not plan; we did not schedule; we made no resolutions. The only “to-do” was to continue to work on the Guidebook and add detail selected intuitively using our right-brains and our own inner guidance.

The Playshop, the Guidebook, pictures pulled from magazines, words cut out because they trigger some meaningful thought or feeling or experience, cards pulled from an intuitive deck or Tarot deck are all tools to help us plumb our inner depths. We all know why we are here; we were born knowing. As we grow, get an education, move into a career path, earn our way, build relationships, join communities, we often forget or repress our truth, our purpose. But we know!

Books come into our lives to help us remember. Yesterday evening our Spiritual Exploration Group came together around the topic of books, especially books that were the most influential in our lives. My measure of this is “What single book would you want to have if stranded on a desert island?” We had a wonderful conversation; many fabulous books were discussed and shared. The books that seemed the most meaningful were those that drew ourselves out; set ourselves free; helped us remember who we are and why we are here!

BE WHO YOU CAME HERE TO BE begins with remembering. Find and use the tools to remember. It’s there inside; draw it out.

With this new year of the Wood Horse I am meditating more, dreaming more, practicing mindfulness and receiving incredible guidance. Where does this come from? Inside me; I am remembering. And these memories are beautiful, expanding and powerful expressions of WHO I AM.

And I WILL BE AMAZING this year!

How are you experiencing the Wood Horse energy after the first quarter moon into the New Lunar Year? Are you ready to be who you came here to be? My bodacious wish for you is to have an amazing year! We live in an amazing time of heightened potential. We all have a role to play. I will look for you in the field!

PS: The Possibilities Playshop Rosemary held to create our 2014 Guidebooks,  roadmaps for the year directed by the moon and our intuition, was a truly amazing event. And now you can play too! The videos of the meditations and the process for creating the Guidebook are now available; Details Here

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: You are a Multi-Dimensional Being!

October 9, 2013 Leave a comment

Let’s hear what The Divine Feminine say about this:

“Dear Ones,

We are The Divine Feminine and speak to you from the Realm of The Divine Feminine. This is one of the Dimensions that you have been hearing about.

There is nothing scary about dimensions or the beings that inhabit them. Our role in coming into your life is to assist you in your path of personal growth.

You can think of us as your Higher Self, that Voice of Wisdom that you hear on the inside. Some might call our messages ‘Intuition’ and that is fine, for no matter how you label the guidance that you receive, the important thing is to discern and to heed that guidance.

Consider that you are living with a Conscious Mind and an Unconscious Mind at this very moment. Your Conscious Mind is thinking about the words that you are reading and your Unconscious Mind is keeping the systems of your physical body operating without your conscious involvement. In this very same moment your Higher Conscious Mind is connecting you to spiritual dimensions that afford you the opportunity to learn and to grow and to expand your awareness and understanding.

Are you so focused on your physical experience that you are ignoring the information coming to you through your Higher Conscious Mind? Sometimes the messages are subtle, such as those contained in your nighttime dreams. Sometimes they are what you might label as ‘coincidence’ or ‘synchronicity.’ And sometimes the messages are attention-getting in their impact on your life, such as an illness or accident or relationship upheaval.

Most assuredly, however, there are messages available to you from the many Dimensions in which you dwell.

Some people have easier access to the information in these Dimensions than others and we speak through them to get the message out to the broader audience. All of you, though, have the ability to perceive messages for yourself when you listen to the guidance you are already receiving.

When we say that you must use discernment this is not to scare you or to make you concerned about so-called ‘negative energies’ or the source of your guidance. The means of discernment are simple. How do you feel when you receive the information? Does it make you feel uneasy because it contains judgment or criticism or invites you to do something about which you feel uncomfortable? Is that discomfort because you are being invited to stretch your comfort level into a new expansions of your personal growth or is there a moral component to your unease?

True guidance contains wisdom that leads you in the direction of your personal growth and spiritual expansion. You will never feel judged or criticized by a guide who is helping you to grow because every experience is a growth opportunity. If you feel uncomfortable it might be because your beliefs have led you to interpret as truth an old tape playing from your history that has nothing to do with your current lessons.

It is helpful to consult with someone who can assist you in creating clear connections to your guidance and to help you learn to discern the guidance that you can act upon and that which is coming from your beliefs and ego.

Keep thinking of yourself as a multi-dimensional human and you will learn that you have access to information, guidance, wisdom, help from many sources.

And so it is.”

Rosemary comments: Trust that you have the connections you need to be guided in your life. If you don’t feel you can hear the guidance, ask for help!

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Tap into Your Inner Guidance

November 7, 2012 Leave a comment

Here’s Rosemary’s commentary on her weekly video I posted yesterday. We all have this internal GPS, yes, even we men! The key is to tap in and then trust the guidance we get; act on it. Rosemary has many tools she uses to get in touch with the “inner guidance.” I’ll offer some of my own thoughts on this tomorrow.

Here’s Rosemary:

Did you know that you have an internal Guidance System that is like a GPS for your life?   It’s there and it’s always available, but you must learn to crank up the volume and trust the guidance you receive.

Unlike the navigation system [or SatNav, as our friends in other countries call it] in your car, your internal GPS really DOES know the best route for you to take through your life.  This is the guidance that keeps you on track for living your Soul Purpose.  It’s important to learn how to turn this guidance system on.

The first step to tapping into your inner guidance is to take a deep breath and bring your attention to your inside being, your inner self.  When you focus on deep breathing you energize your inner being and begin to disconnect from the outer turbulence we call ‘life.’

After a few deep breaths, bring your awareness to your heart area so that you are connecting at a deeper level than at your conscious mind, which will only distract you with ‘what ifs’ and ‘how abouts.’   Your goal here is to get to the guidance that is connected to your higher self so that you can ‘see’ the road ahead of you without worrying about the distractions around you.

Now ask your question.  If you feel the answer in a feeling or a sound or a vision, then just stay with that until you understand the message.  Sometimes the answer comes as a soft voice speaking in a way that you can understand.  Sometimes it is a symbol that you can interpret by examining it further.  Sometimes the message is very clear and sometimes it is subtler.  But there is always a message, for even if you don’t experience a message, the answer might be ‘Pause’ or ‘Wait.’

You’ll know you’ve reached guidance that comes from a higher vibration than your ego if the message is neutral, that is, devoid of emotion or judgment or ‘should.’  Guidance that starts with ‘You shouldn’t have…’ or ‘What were you thinking of…’ is from the ego and not your highest self, so keep seeking a deeper connection if you start to feel yourself judged in any way.

It usually takes some practice to be clear about the inner guidance you are receiving.  I’ve worked with some clients who, over time, learn to catch themselves in that self-judgment so that they can avoid the trap of beating themselves up for mistakes.  There are no mistakes, only LESSONS.  If you keep repeating an action and getting the same results, then you are stuck in the same lesson.  Look around for what you are to learn.  When the time is right, you will get it!

We once drove a rental car in California from the Napa Valley to Big Sur and decided that we wanted to take the Golden Gate Bridge instead of the freeway on the other side of the water, which is the route our GPS [affectionately called ‘Nuvi’ after the model name] preferred that we take.  Can you hear that voice saying ‘Recalculating’ every time we ignored Nuvi’s advice?  After about 5 ‘Recalculatings,’ and I’m certain I heard her voice getting more and more disgusted, Nuvi finally said, ‘There IS a better route available!’ [Emphasis Nuvi’s!]

Our inner guidance never gets that judgmental!  We just keep plodding along and our inner guidance system quietly ‘Recalculates’ to keep bringing our lessons to us.

Take some time this week to practice tapping into your own inner guidance system.  There is a lot of good information available there about the road ahead.  And there are lots of tools that you can learn for additional ways to tap in.  Stay tuned for that information!
