ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Are You the Rose or the Thorn?
Today’s Exploration is a Mystic Message from The Divine Feminine. Enjoy!
“Dear Ones,
Roses are among the most beautiful flowers on Planet Earth and, yet, roses have thorns on them. The thorns on the rose stem are not there as punishment but as protection for the beauty and fragrance of the flower.
You are like the rose flower – beautiful to see and enticing with attracting essence of you like the fragrance of attar of roses. The thorns on your stem are the protective barriers that you have erected to prevent anyone from getting too close to your essence. The outward beauty attracts but the inner is hidden and protected.
This very human way of being in the world has led many to forget about their own inner beauty. They have become so used to the thorns that they hold themselves aloof and separate from the essence of others and even from their own.
THIS is the main problem on Earth in the 21st Century – a forgetting, an amnesia of the essence of humanity.
Many see only the prickly thorns of others and focus on the façade that others have erected as protection. Most have even fooled themselves by their own protective stances into believing that they are what they project to the world.
Nothing could be further from the Truth.
You, Dear One, are as beautiful as the most beautiful rose. Your essence is as attractive as attar of roses, which has a very high vibratory frequency. No one can take away or diminish your essence, your inner vibration. However, YOU can choose to lower your vibration, to appear to the world as someone you are not.
For you, Dear One, are the Light of the World. You hold a high vibration of Light Essence in you that only you can choose to show to the world.
Are you willing to expose yourself to the world as you truly are at your core? Or will you choose to continue to hide behind the façade that you have created to fit the model of the world that you want to believe is real?
The light within you is REAL. The world around you is the collective agreement of all of the facades that people have erected to project an image of an imagined reality.
Break FREE of this projection!
Be the REAL YOU in the world!
Allow others to choose whether or not they will stay behind their façade, but choose to reveal the Inner Light of YOU.
Be the Rose that you are and shed the thorns. The time is NOW.
And So It Is.”

Remember that you are the Light of the World. It’s time for each of us to step up to our Soul Commitment and be the person we were born to be. We all survived the big Shift of 2012 and we can no longer hide our light from each other. Have you done the work to connect with the Inner You? Are you confident that you are manifesting your Inner Light to the world?
What are you waiting for? We’re all waiting for YOU to SHINE!!!

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Is Your Life Reflecting Your Values?
We’re getting down to the nitty gritty here and I hope you’ll seriously consider what’s in this article. How do you decide which activities will receive your attention today? What values are you using to allocate your precious hours today, the hours that you will never be able to recapture after they have been spent?
This is where living a conscious life meets living the hectic 21st Century busyness that seduces us all into thinking that things have to be the way they are.
You have 24 hours in each day. Your human body requires 7-9 hours of sleep – good, peaceful, restful, restorative sleep. The rest of your hours are yours to spend as you choose.
‘Wait!’ you say. ‘I have to go to work, get the kids off to school, teach my class, meet with my clients, go to the grocery store, and ______________ [fill in the blank]! I don’t have control over those hours!’
To which I answer, ‘Yes. You do.’
Every moment of every day we are at choice as to how we will spend that moment. You choose to work at that particular job. The kids might be able to get themselves off to school or a nanny could do it. You scheduled your class or your clients. Groceries can be delivered or a personal assistant or a spouse can do the shopping. And so the choices go. You might think that you can’t afford things but you can afford certain things because you choose them.
I’m not being simplistic here. We all make choices and ‘I can’t afford it’ really translates to ‘I choose to spend my money elsewhere’ or, even, ‘I CHOSE to spend my money elsewhere and now I have to pay the bills.’ Still, it is all based on choice.
So knowing that you choose how to spend your time, how can you make sure that you are choosing according to your values?
First, you must know what your values are and you must know them in priority order. I frequently see a client who feels conflicted and the answer to clarity lies in examining the values that are bumping into each other. Here are two questions to ask yourself:
Who do I really want to spend time with today?
AND What is the most fulfilling activity that I can put on my calendar today?
If the answers match the schedule, good for you! And if not, then ask yourself, Why not?
You have the power to make choices about how you spend the precious hours you have each day. Are you LIVING your life or are you SPENDING your life?
Choose to schedule your day based on what is important to you, what really matters. Don’t let anyone else control your schedule. If your boss wants you to be in a meeting at a certain time, then, by all means, attend the meeting. But instead of spending emotional capital resenting it, accept that you choose to remain in this job [even if it feels as if you have no choice to remain in this job. You could choose to quit and maybe live on the street so you might be making the right choice for the moment!] If your family is making a demand on your time that causes you to resent saying ‘yes’ then say ‘no.’ And release feeling guilty about it!
Notice how often you make choices that don’t feel right to you. Making the choice to take an injured kid to the ER feels right, doesn’t it? Making the choice to escape into TV when there might be something else you could do might be escaping your life instead of living it. AND watching TV might be your active choice to relax and rest your mind for a bit, so release the feeling of guilt about making that choice!
CHOOSE. Match your schedule to your values. Raise your consciousness about your moments and you’ll feel happier!
ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Think New Thoughts for 2013
It seems important for us to look at the state of the world and the way that humans are treating humans today.
This is not about politics although the politics of each country reflect what is happening in the psyches of the inhabitants. What are you projecting from your psyche?
Since thoughts are energetic projects and have an effect on the environment we must take responsibility for the thoughts that we hold in our energy fields. Ask yourself about the thoughts you projected today. Did they come from a place within you that is sourced in Love? Were your thoughts uplifting ones that, if written down and shared with others, they would make someone smile and feel good about themselves? Or were you angry or upset and projecting that energy outward?
Think about the effect on a city when anger and hatred are stirred up and people are focused on disenfranchising others or hating and separating others. Think about what could happen in a place where the people are fearful or wanting to kill others or angry at their neighbors.
Now think about the effect on a city when the inhabitants come together around a common cause to support each other. Think about a community where kids can play safely because neighbors look out for neighbors. Think about the energy in a place where neighbors spend the evening sitting together outside sharing chitchat and watching kids play together.
What do you feel as you imagine these scenarios? Can you picture the column of energy that rises up from a place when the energy is what you pictured? Which energy column would you rather sit next to?
This is what we each have a responsibility to create and to monitor. Your energy is magnified when attached to the energy of others. What do you chat about with your friends? Your co-workers? Are you spinning each other up with thoughts of hatred and anger and separation? Or are you finding common ground in which to discuss ways that you are similar and can agree? When you spout off do you move the conversation to solutions or do you stay in the emotion of the problems? Are you more comfortable discussing issues than seeking strategies for moving beyond the problems?
Each of us has responsibility for the thought energies we project. When we gather with others, we intensify the energy of the ideas expressed and discussed. Conversations do not have to be confrontational. There can be real, honest agreements to disagree, but there must be respect for the person even if the ideas expressed cannot be embraced.
Somewhere along the line we seem to have forgotten that we are all connected. We are all members of the human race. We have differing perspectives based on what we have been taught or what we have experienced or what we have embraced as our values. Yet each person is on Planet Earth to learn lessons, to grow, to advance human consciousness, whether or not they have embraced that responsibility.
Accept that you cannot control the thoughts of others, but you can control your own. Catch yourself building a column of energy that doesn’t feel supporting and light and stop it. Shift your thinking to thoughts of Light and Hope and Community. Make sure you are projecting energy that you wouldn’t mind having projected onto you!
And surround yourself with people who are willing co-creators of columns of Light rather than anger and hatred. We will all thank you!

Seed of the New Human
The seed holds the infinite,
All future generations of
Its kind within its
Hard shell.
The hard shell must burst
To give way to the sprout,
The shoot, the stalk, the
Leaves and flowers and seeds.
The brain holds the infinite,
All future thoughts and
Possibilities within the
Neural nets of habit.
Old patterns must burst
To give way to the thought,
The path, the net, the
Impossible, the New Human.

Monday’s Poem: New Humanity
I’ve been posting a lot about new thought, new time, a new way to look at the Universe and our place in it. Today’s poem is motivated by all this writing about Oneness, Time as an Echo-Chamber, the endless cycles and where they are leading. The main reference here is the Heart Sutra of Mahayana Buddhism.
New Humanity
Gate, Gate:
Avalokitesvara
Clearly saw emptiness.
Nothing new here.
But what if
This emptiness is
Everything?
What if
Avalokitesvara
Sees the All?
No separation,
No you and me,
No it, no out,
No then, no now.
What then?
No war, no peace,
No loss, no grief,
No mine, no yours.
Imagine!

Rosemary’s Exploration: “Shift or Stay Behind”
Here’s Rosemary’s commentary on her weekly video I posted yesterday:
Are you ready for the Transformation? Are you willing to transform? Are you able to make the shift?
In these times of transformation we must become active participants in the evolution of our consciousness, for we can no longer limp through life in a reactionary way. It is time to take conscious action in the direction of the vision of your life purpose, as revealed to you in your biggest dreams. Step out!
So many people are hiding their gifts, playing small in a big world that requires them to play big. Are you hiding? Have you been playing it safe, instead of leaping forward? The pause is over. The time for action is upon us.
Are you aware of your gifts? Do you know why you are on Planet Earth for this momentous occasion, the Great Shift in Human Consciousness in 2012? Are you committed fully to manifesting your Soul Purpose in the time when all other Souls are waiting for you to step up?
These are the most important questions you can answer for yourself. Go inside and spend some time in self-reflection as you ponder your life to date and where you are heading.
In my work with clients I find that, more often than not, what they are hiding from is their greatness, their Inner Light, their immense power, not qualities that they are ashamed to reveal. You know that you are more powerful than you have been demonstrating. You know that you have gifts that have not yet been fully realized in the outside world. You know that you can turn up the light inside you and shine more brightly. This is not news to you, at some level.
Where is the fear? What is holding you back? Are you really afraid of failing or are you afraid of scaring yourself with your own magnificence?
Well, Merry Christmas, my gift to you is to hold up a mirror so that you can see that your magnificence is the gift that the rest of us are asking Santa for this year!
I see your Inner Splendor. I KNOW you! I SEE you! I LOVE you! Thank you for agreeing to share this wonderful time on Planet Earth with me.
Let’s hold hands and move forward knowing that we can support each other in bring more Light to the Planet. Your Soul knew what it was doing before you were born when it chose this path, these circumstances, your parents, your friends – all those who are classmates with you at Earth University. All that is or has been in your life has contributed to your personal growth and to the consciousness that you hold at this moment. And you agreed to share the journey with the other Souls around you.
Realizing that this is a community effort, Community Consciousness, then how can you spend the energy it takes to hold yourself back when the whole Universe is conspiring to support you in leaping forward? Relax into the New You being called forth! Shift – into high gear and get leaping!
The world will not end in 2012 but it will change. As each human being decides whether or not to awaken and shine his/her Light into the world, the world will light up. Be the bright node in the fabric of humanity! Shine your Inner Splendor Light and keep making it brighter and brighter!
With great gratitude that you have decided to share this time of transformation with me, I invite you to take the step forward that brings your Light out into the world for all to see.
