ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Moving Forward
With each sunrise your new day, your new life, begins. Every morning is an opportunity to make new choices about the direction in which your life will lead. Do you consider this when you wake up?
Or do you start your day with complaints? About not enough sleep, or aches and pains, or a long to-do list?
At this time in human history, you are being asked to step into your power and your purpose and propel yourself forward in the direction of your dreams. Yes, it is your dream and your vision of your future that pull you into that future. You can move into that vision or you can choose to stay in your present, fighting against the energy to move forward.
Believe it or not, it takes more energy to stay stuck than it does to move forward. You must fight the strong current of the energy of the Universe that wants to support your forward movement if you would keep everything as it is. When you surrender to the forces that carry you forward on your personal journey you will find the fulfillment that we all seek.
Decide today that you will choose to move forward in your life. When you wake up tomorrow, start your day with the thought, ‘How can I take a step forward along my path? What can I do today that helps me to grow, to advance in my consciousness, to understand something I’ve struggled with before, or to live my purpose more fully?’
This first decision is the hardest part. It’s much easier to pull the covers over your head and go back to sleep, literally or figuratively. But now is not the time to sleep. It is the time to awaken to the wonderful opportunities that abound in front of you.
This is not the time to look at the past and judge yourself harshly for not doing/doing something in the past. Today is a new day. Give yourself a pat on the back for opening to the awareness that there are opportunities in front of you and for making the decision to move forward in your life.
I recently came upon some notes from a while ago where I struggled with a problem that has cropped up again for me. Sometimes I think, ‘Haven’t I already dealt with this one?’ The answer I receive from my guides is often, ‘Yes, and now you have the opportunity to delve more deeply into this issue and to move yourself even farther forward.’
Our personal journeys are not linear – they do not go forward in a straight line. They spiral, around and around. And, if we are moving forward in our personal growth, we are able to see from a new perspective with each return of the spiral, to understand in a new way what we couldn’t see before. This is moving forward along our path of personal growth in consciousness.
Once you have awakened you cannot unlearn what you have learned. You might try to stand still but the energy within you leads you to move forward.
Keep growing. Keep moving. Reach in front of you for help from someone leaping ahead. Reach behind you to help someone who is moving more slowly.
Keep moving forward.

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: The Power Is in You
It seems that everyone these days is feeling the weight of a struggle in some area of their life – financial, family, health, career, spiritual. It can be a simple problem that must be solved or a complex issue that is beyond one’s control. The common thread seems to be that there is a sense of urgency about the issue and the question is, ‘What is my next step?’
Where do you seek the answer to that question? Are you willing to take responsibility for finding the solutions yourself or do you hide your head in the sand ostrich-style and hope it will go away? Are you waiting for someone to come along and solve it for you?
The answer is within you, no matter what the problem or issue might be that you are facing. Others might share wisdom or their experience. Some might be experts, some might not know what they are talking about. You might get conflicting advice from others and feel confused.
Do your research AND check in with your own inner guidance. Even if everyone around you gives you the same advice but your ‘gut feeling’ contradicts that, follow the direction of your gut. Your intuition is tuned in to the lessons that are there for you to learn. Your angels and guides are ready to help you grow. Your inner support system will help you.
Of course, it is wise to have a human support system, too, but only if those people are willing to support you in whatever YOU choose as your path. Are you surrounded by folks who want you to do things their way? Do you feel that you are criticized if you choose a path they don’t support? Then find a new support system!
The power is in you to move forward in your life. You are equipped to handle whatever lessons come your way. No matter how large or small the issue is that is on your plate today, you can take care of it.
What is the problem that wakes you up at night? What is sitting in that pile on the corner of your desk that you are hoping will go away? Who are you avoiding calling because you dread the conversation?
The power is in you if you claim it! You are not helpless even if some days it feels that way.
Ask for help. Find a friend or counselor or advisor to listen to you and to help you put one foot in front of the other. Because this is what it takes to move forward.
Many sensitive people are feeling the energy of change on the planet at this time. It is affecting different people in different ways but some of us are having similar reactions. There are big changes coming. We are all in the cauldron of transformation whether we really want to be there or not. The question is not ‘Will you change?’ but ‘How will you change?’
Ask yourself if you can see a new way to handle whatever problems you are facing no matter what they are. If everything in your life is going smoothly then look for ways that you can advance your personal growth.
It is time to transform. We’re still feeling the effects of the 2012 energy that gave a huge boost to the transformation energy. It’s not over yet!
The good news is that the power is in you!!!

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Protect Yourself
Again this week, The Divine Feminine wish to continue instructing us in 21st Century living.
“Dear Ones,
We do not say ‘Protect Yourself’ to make you fear what is happening, but to empower you to handle the tumultuous energies of the transformational time in which you are living.
As life on Planet Earth moves forward in its evolution, each individual must maintain their forward momentum and continue to evolve. There are, however, many situations and energies that would distract one from this path. There are also those who believe that, through the instilling of fear in individuals, they can exert power over them. As consciousness students, you have the power to overcome the efforts of those who wish you to stay in the energy of fear.
Protect yourself from fear. This does not mean that there will not arise occasions when your immediate reaction will be a feeling of fear. You do not, however, have to stay in fear if you have developed the tools to deal with this.
The first tool you must learn to protect yourself is to develop your connection with your spirit guides and the angels who would protect you with their power. You have guides who would instruct you in actions to take if you would ask them and listen to their guidance. You have angels who would protect you if you would invite them to help in your life. These assistants from other realms are available to you if you learn to connect with them.
Protect yourself from apathy. You have been given a human life on Planet Earth at this time in its history because your Soul chose to assist humanity in its transformation and evolution. Care about your role in this process. Determine the Purpose which your Soul agreed to manifest and take action to pursue that Purpose in your life. Do not allow difficulties to distract you from your Purpose. If you find yourself drifting into apathy or not caring about your daily life, then get help to move you back onto your path of personal growth.
Protect yourself from the energies of other people. YOU are the only one with your Soul Purpose on this planet. YOU are the only one who can play your role in the unfolding of the Universe’s Plan for humanity. If you encounter others who would interfere with your evolution then you must learn to separate your energy from theirs.
Develop rituals of protection so that you can keep your environment and your energy field clear of the energies of others. Learn to use meditation, candles, incense, sage, crystals, feng shui, and whatever other tools will help you to clear your space and keep your energy field filled with only your energy.
Protect yourself from negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. These insidious energies can be at work in your life at the unconscious level and, yet, they can be very powerful. Do the work, which might require outside assistance, to clear these from your unconscious mind so that you are able to move forward along your path of growth. Develop the tools to recognize when these are holding you back. Become conscious at all times of how your mind can play tricks on you.
Protect yourself from misguided choices. Learn to trust and follow your intuition. No matter what choices you make, there will be lessons to learn. At this time, however, your intuition will lead you on the path of greatest growth and fastest evolutionary progress. Learn how to access the great guidance available through your own intuition.
Develop these tools and you will have a toolbox to protect yourself!

Freedom and Energy
When your energy is locked up inside you, there can be no forward motion in your life. Do you feel stuck in some area and are you unsure of your roadmap out of the stuck place?
The first place to look is to examine your life for the places where your life looks the same as it did one year or five years or ten years ago. Are you clinging to something familiar merely because it is familiar or are you constantly re-evaluating yourself and your life for the ways in which you can grow and expand? When you put your attention to your personal growth you will find the energy to move forward.
Staying in a stuck place actually takes more energy than moving with the flow of life. Does this surprise you? Being stuck means that you are resisting the natural flow of growth and evolution. It takes a lot of energy to deny yourself the opportunities that present themselves for you to enjoy forward motion and the expansion of your consciousness.
There are always lessons to be learned, experiences to be enjoyed, new frontiers to explore. Every new thing learned expands your awareness so that you can never go back to the time before you learned that. You do, however, always have the freedom to choose to ignore the lessons that present themselves to you.
And energy flows where your attention goes. On what are you focusing your attention? Do you think more about what you lack in your life or are you putting your attention on manifesting your dreams? The energy needed for manifestation comes from the belief in your ability to realize those dreams. If you have limiting beliefs or negative thoughts that keep pulling your attention back to what you don’t have, the energy will not flow into the attracting force needed for manifestation.
Of course, you are free to choose where you will focus your attention, but when you realize that you do have choice, why would you focus on lack?
Freedom doesn’t just mean the freedom to choose. It also means the freedom to BE. You can be free of the bonds that keep you tied to the past, to negative thoughts, to limiting beliefs, especially those that are sourced from someone outside of yourself. You are free to choose to BE the person you were born on Planet Earth to be, to live your purpose.
When you put your attention on being instead of doing, your energy flows into being the you you were meant to be. Doing, taking action in your life, then follows being yourself.
Where are there energy blocks in you, in your life? Identify the stuck places and take action to move the energy through the blocks. Free up any stuck energy so that you can truly be free. Focus your attention on manifesting your dreams and watch how much energy can then flow into that manifestation.

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Be on the Lookout!
Sometimes it feels as if everyone is holding their breath, waiting for something but unsure what that ‘something’ is. Are you ready?
When opportunity arrives it doesn’t always knock loudly at your door. It might sneak into your life as a flash of an idea. Or it might come through another person. The next opportunity might be blossoming before your very eyes and yet you’re missing it because you’re waiting for the loud knock on your door.
The way to live a conscious life is to be always on the lookout for the opportunities as they present themselves to you. Don’t prejudge what that opportunity will look like. Expect everything you perceive to have a message, a lesson for you. And be ready to take action to follow up on that opportunity.
Oftentimes we seem to succumb to our circumstances and give away control of our lives to what is going on around us. We fail to see the growth opportunity that is right before our face. It doesn’t matter how evolved you might be, it can be easy to miss the forest because you’re focused on the tree. This is when it is so helpful to have a friend, counselor, coach to help you to step back and get perspective.
What opportunities are presenting themselves to you now? Do you have someone you trust with whom you can share your thoughts? Are you ready to take action when those opportunities are identified for you?
Your higher self knows what you need to progress on the path of personal growth. Whether you are focused on career or family or acquisition of knowledge, you have a guide within you who can help to steer your path in the direction that brings the most growth. Your job is to recognize the signposts along that path and take action in the direction in which they are pointing.
Are you ready to recognize those signposts and move? It is so easy to stay put, to dawdle, to wait and test the waters without commitment to action. But in this 21st Century energy we have no time to wait. We are called to action NOW.
Each person on Planet Earth in these times is called to share their gifts, their life purpose, with the others on the Planet. In the grand plan of the Universe, we have all agreed to share Planet Earth together and we each have a role to play. Others are waiting for you to step into your power and show up in their lives. The opportunity to be of service is being presented to you in small ways and in large. Your only role is to be who you came to Earth to be.
And NOW is the time. Are you ready?
Take a moment today to notice what could be opportunities for you to move forward. Just notice. Then ask yourself if you are willing to take action on those opportunities. If the answer is ‘No’ or ‘Not yet’ then ask yourself what is holding you back.
Notice the ideas that flash through your mind today. Is there something that keeps popping in that you continue to ignore? Is there an idea that has been nagging at you for a while that you have tried to push aside? Pay attention to those ideas.
Does someone bring up a topic that spurs an interest in you to pursue? Pursue it. If you see a doorway opening, walk through it.
Practice taking action on opportunities and see how much forward motion you can enjoy.
