Qi Revolution

February 22, 2013 Leave a comment

qigongThis is what I experienced this past week; four days emersion in an energy bubble, a total “qi-field” created by Jeff Primack and 300 of my fellow qigong practitioners! And I have to tell you it was transformative! 32 hours of qi is something everyone has to experience. I believe this is why Jeff is calling this event a revolution; it truly does revolutionize one’s thinking about life, health, food, energy, the “field of all possibilities”, Source, Light, Love…the list goes on and on.

As some of you know I’ve been practicing qigong for about a year now. I have been working primarily with a brilliant acupuncturist and qigong instructor who trained with Jeff Primack and other masters. I have learned a “Five-Element” form that is truly life changing because it addresses all of the vital organs associated with the five elements in the Chinese system of health; these are wood, fire, earth, metal and water. The five elements form a complete philosophy of life, health, mental and emotional well-being and longevity. And now I am adding at least the first level of Jeff’s form to take my practice into another dimension of the qi-field.

What is qi? I think of it as “life force.” It’s vitality, the feeling of energy, like an electric current that flows through everything. It seems to make the air around us and that we breathe into us alive with power. There are different names for this energetic field in many languages; this is Prana in Sanskrit, Mana in Hawaiian spirituality as examples. And through specialized practices we can begin to sense this vital force that animates the entire Universe. In this sense it is the creative force that manifests the All.

Qigong is a masterful way to get in tune with this force. It is a way to sense it externally to our bodies and a way to build it up and focus it within our bodies.  Qigong is a combination of movement and coordinated breath work. Movement is subtle, slow, meditative and focused. It is an excellent way to cultivate “no-mind” – to quiet the chattering “monkey-mind.” Breathing is regulated, deepened, another focus for the quiet mind; it oxygenates the entire body with a renewed sense of aliveness. Coordinating the movements with the focused breathing leaves no room for other thoughts; worries are left behind, endless loops of future plans and past review are pushed away; there is only room for now, the moment of the next move and the next breath!

Beyond Level 1 practice there are two additional levels, two other forms to work toward. Then there is Jeff’s approach to healthy food: “The Ultimate High-Phytochemical Food Healing System.” We also practiced a Strength Building form of Qigong, a tough routine for me to get through; I’ll have to build up to this practice!

And to give us breaks Jeff interspersed practice with several informative and always entertaining keynote talks on all the fascinating subjects I love to explore, from “near death experience” to life elsewhere in the Universe to the destiny of the human race!

Watching Jeff in action is a study in itself. He is virtually bursting with qi. He practices everything he teaches. Even when he has a senior student lead a Level 1 practice he is right there on stage going through the practice with us. This is one teacher who clearly practices what he preaches!

Jeff Primack takes the Qi Revolution on the road each year. His first stop this past weekend was Baltimore. If you are in this area and missed him, try to catch his event next year; you won’t be disappointed. And check out his website: qigong.com for a future event near you. I’ll be seeing him again soon in Baltimore for Level 1 Qigong Training. I can hardly wait to be back in that powerful field of qi!

Here’s to your Qi-Health!

Monkey-Mind (What Is This? – An Example) Deep Peace

February 8, 2013 Leave a comment

OK, so I referred to this Korean Koan in my post yesterday, February 7, and as things go I had the opportunity to use it today. As it always does, it worked out very well; so, I thought it would be a good thing to share, to let you know how to apply it in a real situation and how it turns out.

I was writing my pages this morning, my “Morning Pages” – one of my practices taken from The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. And I found myself completely awash, all over the place. Now, this is OK; these Morning Pages are suppose to be a “dumping ground” – a way to clear the mind of all the clutter so there is room for creative insights, so we can hear the muse, right? Well, today I seemed much more scattered than usual. I drifted around and wrote about fragments of thoughts that crossed my mind. This does happen to me from time to time. I even get blocked and then just write nonsense to get through the three pages. But today I didn’t like the feeling I was getting, and then I asked:

What is this? And so it began:

What is this?
It is monkey-mind that chatters away on endless loops of to-dos, to-worries, with no to-bes.
What is this?
The complexities of modern life.
What is this?
Life in the 21st Century.
What is this?
Now.
What is this?
Breath, Singing Bowls, Sleeping Dog, Rest.
What is this?
Deep settling.
What is this?
No-thing. Stillness
And this is deep peace.

Ahhh…  And from there I was able to get back to my pages and wrote a very nice final third page. It was a deep exploration of our “spinning Universe” in all of its wonder and extraordinary quantum behavior.

And then, I asked: What is this?
Life.
What is this?
Consciousness.
What is this?
Love.
What is this?
The only “thing” left at the end, at the beginning.
What is this?
Love is the Alpha and the Omega. It transcends consciousness. It births consciousness so it can reflect on Love.
What is this, this it?
Call it what you will: God/Goddess, Mother/Father, Source, Alpha/Omega, All/No-thing, Tao.
I like Tao.

Next time you get stuck give this koan a try. See what answer you get!

Is Your Life Reflecting Your Values? — Richard’s Commentary

January 31, 2013 Leave a comment

Rosemary always asks these pointed and difficult questions! Yes, I know they are good for me to reflect on, to answer, truthfully, for myself. And I actually thought this one would be reasonably easy for me to reply to and write this commentary. Then I took a second look!

A couple of years ago I did an exercise to clarify my values, to align them with my thinking, my philosophy. I made a list and prioritized it. I took a deep dive into this analysis, writing at length about these values I had come up with, what they mean to me and how I live by them. At the end of much thought I distilled the set of values down to two key ones: Practice and Love. In fact I even drew a diagram, a schematic to relate these two primal values: Practice –> Love.

No, this doesn’t mean my practices lead to love and it doesn’t mean if I practice well enough I will learn love. Maybe these meanings are overlays here, but these are two distinct values for me. I truly value that I am able to practice my various approaches to live a conscious life. Meditation, yoga, qigong, pages, poetry, … and any other consciousness raising practice that comes along that has potential for me is a key value. And how much more can I say about Love? Self, family, friends, community, humanity, life, Planet Earth, Nature, food, wine, beer making, wow…so much to love in life! And, clearly there is a relationship between practice and love. I love my practices. My practices help me better understand this whole sense of Love. Love improves my practices. It is complex and I can’t say that I even fully understand it when I write, and I often do: Practice –> Love.

But Rosemary’s question goes deeper here. Yes, she asks us to review our values, but more importantly to review our lives as they reflect those values we reaffirm! This is the key analysis, the driving question.

And I’ve spent the last several days, as part of our retreat weekend, reviewing and refining my answer. My answer initially is “no.” Oh sure, I’m doing a lot of practice, and I’m pleased with this. I also love: I am partnered with the love of my life. I am part of a loving family. My kids really do love me (at least they’ve done an awesome job of showing it!). But there’s a deeper level here I am reaching toward.

My exploration begins with the word “unconditional.” This is the quality of Love I’m reaching to attain. And this would then truly be the goal of Practice –> Love, my core values. I am not practicing unconditional love at every opportunity and therefore, my life is not reflecting this value.

That said I am working on it. This is my new level of Practice I’m striving to achieve. I suspect it is a life-long pursuit! But I have begun. Last evening, after Rosemary and I had returned from our retreat, our daughter stated, somewhat tongue-in-cheek, that she had been craving pancakes for breakfast and would I please get up to make her some next morning! Hmmm, on Wednesdays she leaves for work at 7:15; hey, I’m retired, and while I am working harder than ever before and enjoying it a whole lot more, my hours don’t include 7:15 am! I did not commit! But this morning I was awake at 6:30, wanting more sleep. I debated with myself for about 30 seconds, and then asked “what would I do if I held the value of unconditional love? Yeah, you guessed it; I got up and fixed daughter and two grandsons pancakes (two different kinds). And the surprise and smiles were well worth the few extra winks!

With this good experience as a launch point I have been challenging myself to come from unconditional love all day. I’ve failed multiple times! I had several errands to run which meant driving and encountering other drivers; always a stumbling block for me to keep my cool while driving, but at least I continued to pull myself back to my core value. I’m practicing!

How are you practicing your values this year?

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: Think New Thoughts for 2013

January 23, 2013 Leave a comment

It seems important for us to look at the state of the world and the way that humans are treating humans today.

This is not about politics although the politics of each country reflect what is happening in the psyches of the inhabitants.  What are you projecting from your psyche?

Since thoughts are energetic projects and have an effect on the environment we must take responsibility for the thoughts that we hold in our energy fields.  Ask yourself about the thoughts you projected today.  Did they come from a place within you that is sourced in Love?  Were your thoughts uplifting ones that, if written down and shared with others, they would make someone smile and feel good about themselves?  Or were you angry or upset and projecting that energy outward?

Think about the effect on a city when anger and hatred are stirred up and people are focused on disenfranchising others or hating and separating others.  Think about what could happen in a place where the people are fearful or wanting to kill others or angry at their neighbors.

Now think about the effect on a city when the inhabitants come together around a common cause to support each other.  Think about a community where kids can play safely because neighbors look out for neighbors.  Think about the energy in a place where neighbors spend the evening sitting together outside sharing chitchat and watching kids play together.

What do you feel as you imagine these scenarios?  Can you picture the column of energy that rises up from a place when the energy is what you pictured?  Which energy column would you rather sit next to?

This is what we each have a responsibility to create and to monitor.  Your energy is magnified when attached to the energy of others.  What do you chat about with your friends? Your co-workers?  Are you spinning each other up with thoughts of hatred and anger and separation?  Or are you finding common ground in which to discuss ways that you are similar and can agree?  When you spout off do you move the conversation to solutions or do you stay in the emotion of the problems?  Are you more comfortable discussing issues than seeking strategies for moving beyond the problems?

Each of us has responsibility for the thought energies we project.  When we gather with others, we intensify the energy of the ideas expressed and discussed.  Conversations do not have to be confrontational.  There can be real, honest agreements to disagree, but there must be respect for the person even if the ideas expressed cannot be embraced.

Somewhere along the line we seem to have forgotten that we are all connected.  We are all members of the human race.  We have differing perspectives based on what we have been taught or what we have experienced or what we have embraced as our values.  Yet each person is on Planet Earth to learn lessons, to grow, to advance human consciousness, whether or not they have embraced that responsibility.

Accept that you cannot control the thoughts of others, but you can control your own.  Catch yourself building a column of energy that doesn’t feel supporting and light and stop it.  Shift your thinking to thoughts of Light and Hope and Community. Make sure you are projecting energy that you wouldn’t mind having projected onto you!

And surround yourself with people who are willing co-creators of columns of Light rather than anger and hatred.  We will all thank you!

ROSEMARY’S EXPLORATION: The I’s Have It

January 16, 2013 Leave a comment

Most messages are about serving, about how connected we all are, how helping others is helping ourselves. Today’s message is different. This one is about YOU and taking care of YOU.

Society teaches us to serve others until we are depleted. At least, that’s what I learned as I was growing up, especially as a woman. ‘It’s better to give than to receive.’ ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’

The problem with those sayings is that we didn’t get the nuance that we ALSO need to take care of ourselves or we won’t have anything to give to others!

If we give, give, give until there is nothing left to give, then the next person who needs us is out of luck. I learned from Lisa Nichols the best image of appropriate service. She used the metaphor of a cup and saucer, where the cup represents you and you fill it up until it overflows, then you serve from the saucer. If you are always filling up your cup, there is always overflow from which to serve and you are never depleted. This means that you don’t have to stop serving to restore yourself – you keep filling yourself up and you can keep serving from the saucer.

And if it’s so wonderful to give, what about those of us who have learned to give but have never learned how to receive? Aren’t we depriving others of the opportunity to give to us? Think about that nuance. Maybe it is better to give someone else the opportunity to give to us than to always receive the pleasure of giving without letting anyone else have that fun.

Now, I’m not referring here to the political debates about the ‘givers’ and the ‘takers.’ Those labels are being used maliciously to justify certain positions and we’re not getting into politics here.

But most of us know what giving to others means and our generous, conscious, compassionate humanity leads us to give what and when we can.

It’s okay to consider yourself and your own needs. Sometimes we need permission to do that. You have that permission now. Focusing on what you need is vital to supporting your efforts to help others in need. Fill up your cup so you can serve from the saucer.

Reframe the word ‘selfish’ to ‘self-focused’ so you can release the pejorative judgments that go along with the idea of thinking of self. YOU are the one on Planet Earth at this time to live YOUR Soul Purpose. Taking care of yourself is essential to showing up for your Purpose.

Recently I’ve been doing Scientific Hand Analysis sessions for clients who are in the School of Service, one of the four schools in this system. The lesson in this Life School is to become a Master of Service Consciousness, understanding the difference between Service and Servitude. Service comes from a place of joy in the service and the act of serving is its own reward, with no concerns about ‘thank you’ or reciprocation. Servitude is saying ‘yes’ and then resenting that choice, wishing we’d said ‘no’ and wanting to get out of the obligation, or, worse, resenting the person to whom we made the commitment.

All of us are here to serve, not just those whose handprints indicate that their Life School is Service [this is just their Major at Earth University!], but we all need to learn to take care of ourselves so that we are available to help others.

What does this mean for you? Are you able to say ‘no’ when you need to, without feeling guilty about it? Are you filling up your cup so you can serve from the saucer or do you wait until you’re depleted so you can give yourself permission to stop and refresh?

Be conscious about putting ‘I’ on your to do list! Take care of YOU first and you’ll be able to take care of everyone who needs you!

After all, ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself’ doesn’t mean much if you don’t love yourself enough to take care of YOU!

Monday’s Poem; and the I Ching for the Month

January 14, 2013 Leave a comment

I have two offerings for today to start your week and your “moonth” as the New Moon from this past Friday begins to swell into our consciousness. First Monday’s Poem:

I wrote this as a reminder of three important virtues I want to hold firmly in mind as I work to transform my too often negative and troublesome emotions to these virtues to lift my consciousness and grow a healthier attitude.

Love, Forgiveness, Gratitude

Three acts for 2013:

Love, where it all begins
And ends.
The circle of everything
Turns with the tides
As the Moon loves down.

Forgiveness, in the middle,
The hinge.
It all turns on this act
Swinging round and round
As a gateless gate for passage.

Gratitude, the end,
No end.
Turning about the center
Where it all rests
As we give thanks and praise.

Love, Forgiveness, Gratitude:
Grace.

The I Ching Gua I cast for the next four weeks, the last month before the Chinese New Year, February 10, is an interesting one. Using my yarrow stalks I cast five yin yao, all 8s, before I cast the final yang yao, a 7. The hexagram looks like this:

Bo-Falling AwayThis is Bo and using Alfred Huang’s The Complete I Ching it means “Falling Away.” The lower trigram is Earth or Kun and the upper trigram is Mountain or Gen. So we have the mountain resting on a stack of yin lines which is pretty unstable. Think of a landslide as the mountain tumbles down to the low lands.

The Decision of this Gua is:

Falling Away.
Unfavorable to have somewhere to go.

For those of you interested in the I Ching you can pursue the meaning of this gua farther as you will with your trusted references. Here’s my take on the gua and the timing of it:

This is a good time to go inside, look inward for stability. This is the last month before the New Year. It is a good time to seek stability in this unstable time. Clean up, clean out, get organized. Sweep away the decaying underpinnings and get ready for the year of the Snake.

Contemplate all of those things that are not working. Let them go. Meditate on new things that might work better and bring some new stability. The mutual gua of Bo is Kun – Earth over Earth, Responding, Receiving. Again, look to receive some inner guidance.

Note also there are no changing lines in this gua. So the situation is stagnant. Again the message is to wait it out and seek inner guidance.

This is my interpretation of this gua for me at this time. It may or may not apply to you and your situation or the times themselves. But as our government seems locked in turmoil and stagnation this just might be an appropriate gua for others. In any case it is always good to go inside to seek guidance.

And this mid-winter time is a great time to just be with what is.

Union and the Echo of Time

January 4, 2013 Leave a comment

I’ve written now of my two messages channeled by Rosemary on December 7, 2012 (review the recording here). The first came from the three “Floating Heads” who have called themselves QRS. The second came from a Native American Guide – a Feminine Guide who spoke of the Union, or Unity, of Body and Spirit. Today I explore the coincidence of these two messages and their overall meaning for me:

Of course, it is no coincidence that QRS and my Native American Goddess Guide came together on the same night this past December to offer their messages to me. What is the nexus of the messages, the integration of the two?

QRS spoke of time and the importance of pulling future strength, character, structure from the future into the now in order to create the future. Time is an echo-chamber and the resonance set up in the present reverberates through all time. The future is now, the past is now; it is all right here, only and always in this moment. There is a Union here. We come back to wholeness. As we are holographic beings of the wholeness of creation so too is the present moment a holographic instance of All Time! The All is instantaneous.

One way to conceive of this is to imagine the moment before the Big Bang. At that moment there was a single seed containing all of the potentiality of everything and every-when. This singularity was it. (And here I use the past tense loosely because it is just as valid to claim it is now and in the future!) This singularity was/is eternal. We are still living within this Eternal Singularity; we are the potential within it. This Singularity is the seed hologram of Everything and All Time.

So what?

The consciousness of this greater dimensionality of reality has broad implications to how we might choose to live our lives. It is the integrated message of QRS and my Native American Goddess Guide. As we live, love and think in this moment we affect both the past and the future and we effect them as well! QRS is nudging me along a path that is essential to their future as they are living it – both 500 years in the future and now, through the echo I am creating. And 500 years ago my ancestors sent out an echo that is me. And I speak to them through this echo-link urging them to live, love and think in such a way that I might live just so, now! And we are all One in the great Seed Singularity that is pure potential for all of this to unfold just so!

Love, gratitude and forgiveness are profound attitudes and actions that are at the core of how to live with the implications of this Union of the All across All Time. If Brian Swimme (author of “The Universe is a Green Dragon”) is correct, then it is Love that motivates the Singularity Seed, that eternal stillness that was/is Pure Potential, to sprout and bloom into the Grand Universe. With Love as the echoing motivation for the New Human, an extraordinary sense of Gratitude swells my heart and deep Forgiveness for all limits place on Self and Other (One) swells my Spirit; and we drift into a place of expanded consciousness that can only be described as BlissPrajna ParamitaThe Heart of Perfect Wisdom.

Gate, gate, para-gate! And so it is…

More from QRS on Time

December 28, 2012 Leave a comment

As I wrote my “daily pages” today I thought about time, especially as 2012 runs down, the moon cycles to full and I continue to examine this construct that the “Floating Heads” – QRS from the future – are bringing to my attention. And as soon as they come to mind they begin their dictation. Here’s what they offered today:

The Full Moon is nearly upon you. Pay attention. As the moon swells it fills with all the energy for you. It is full of love energy. Take it in, breathe it in and breathe in the emotions of the Universe, including our love energy. When you draw your cards today you may want to pay close attention to them and even blog about them. Divination for the blog is a good thing and you have been neglecting that element lately.

We would speak to you today about circular time. It is a bubble-like thing, expanding. It is not unlike the expanding Universe itself, moving away from itself. Time, Space, Matter, gravity are all closely related concepts in what you have known as a unified field. It is less like unity and more like singularity. It is, at root, all one thing, all inter-related and inter-dimensional. Your Thich Nhat Hahn speaks of “inter-being.” This is the word he chooses to speak of these concepts. Time is a component of this inter-beingness. This is how the past and future inter-relate with the present; this is how they can all seem as one thing, all existent at once. This is how Rosemary can talk to dead people, see and hear historical figures, sense us and reveal us to you. She sees and hears through this singularity of time. And this is how you are writing our words which are coming to you from the future. This is how you can reach forward into the future and empower the present from what you bring back. We are repeating ourselves here to be sure you get the concepts through different metaphorical approaches.

Write about this and your cards.

And so I have…

And here are the cards I drew today. Take these as the energy of this Full Moon in Cancer.Green Tara

From the “Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards” by Doreen Virtue I drew Green Tara:

And from the Crowley Tarot I drew the Princess of Wands:

Green Tara urges us to “Start Delegating – Ask others (including me) to help you instead of trying to do everything yourself.” For me this relates to community, as I wrote about in yesterday’s post. We can’t do everything ourselves, “it takes a village.” Green Tara is a helper in community building. As we move into 2013 with this full moon energy behind us we can look to community for both what we are to do, how we are to be and where we can take refuge.

The Princess of Wands is youthful, feminine energy; she is full of passion and love. She represents the young Tara and unites us all through her love energy.

These are two wonderful goddesses to take with us into this full moon time. We can use their energy and their wisdom to help us build community, the Community of 2013!Princess of Wands

“Shift or Stay Behind” – Richard’s Commentary

December 27, 2012 Leave a comment

The Great Shift

Are you with us? It takes a community. We can’t do this alone; no one can. It may be trite now but I am still fond of that catchy phrase: “it takes a village.” I’ve known what this means for most of my life. I grew up in a small rural village in Wisconsin. At that time I felt throttled, held back; but I was also protected, very safely held in that community.

I reached well beyond that community when I went off to Ethiopia to be a Peace Corps volunteer. And I found myself in a small community in the southern province of Gamu Gofa. Again I was isolated, held within narrow limits of both behavior and opportunity; and I was protected, held in a community that took good care of me when I was injured in an accident.

One of my favorite village experiences has been in Gavilan, Northern New Mexico, in Martín Prechtel’s “Bolad’s Kitchen.” It is a small village with ample opportunity. We are held there and hold each other in great love and respect. We learn, share, trade, offer and are given all that we need.

And now the Great Transformation is beginning to unfold. The world may not have ended on the Winter Solstice 2012, but the change began. We are changing. Life around us is changing. Can you feel it? Rosemary has been writing and channeling about this time for years now. Many others have as well. And people are waking up in this changing time. It is very exciting!

So, what do we do? We pay attention. The signs are all around us. We listen. The voices, especially that inner voice, speak the words of truth that we test in our hearts. And we ask, what is mine to do in this time of change? What is my purpose? How do I live into my Soul Purpose that I have been called to now?

If you don’t know your purpose or if you are troubled when someone asks you this question, it may be time to explore this deep issue. Another way to ask this is “what is your big WHY?” In the greater scheme we are all asked to wake up! We are asked to join in community with everyone in our soul groups, to form the villages that it will take to make the shift. And we each have a role or roles to play within those villages. Identify your role; hone the skills you need to perform that role. We need you to be at your best!

There are many paths inward to discover your “Big WHY.” There are gradual ways and fast tracks. For example Rosemary offers Scientific Hand Analysis, a body of proven techniques to reveal much about whom you came here to be through the examination of your finger prints and the lines in your hands. In one session she can reveal your Life School, Life Lesson and Life Purpose. Another way is to become aware of your intentions: when you first awaken set your intentions for the day; and when you are going to sleep examine your day through a “nightly review” to see how well your intentions were met, not in a judgmental way but through an analytical approach to help discern areas for improvement.

Awareness and intention are the basic tools of an awakened mind. An awakened mind is an essential component of the New Community. We are on a trajectory for major change in the way we are living on Planet Earth. This is The Great Shift.

Are you with us?

Rosemary’s Exploration: “Shift or Stay Behind”

December 26, 2012 1 comment

Here’s Rosemary’s commentary on her weekly video I posted yesterday:

Are you ready for the Transformation?  Are you willing to transform?  Are you able to make the shift?

In these times of transformation we must become active participants in the evolution of our consciousness, for we can no longer limp through life in a reactionary way.  It is time to take conscious action in the direction of the vision of your life purpose, as revealed to you in your biggest dreams.  Step out!

So many people are hiding their gifts, playing small in a big world that requires them to play big.  Are you hiding?  Have you been playing it safe, instead of leaping forward?  The pause is over.  The time for action is upon us.

Are you aware of your gifts?  Do you know why you are on Planet Earth for this momentous occasion, the Great Shift in Human Consciousness in 2012?  Are you committed fully to manifesting your Soul Purpose in the time when all other Souls are waiting for you to step up?

These are the most important questions you can answer for yourself.  Go inside and spend some time in self-reflection as you ponder your life to date and where  you are heading.

In my work with clients I find that, more often than not, what they are hiding from is their greatness, their Inner Light, their immense power, not qualities that they are ashamed to reveal.  You know that you are more powerful than you have been demonstrating.  You know that you have gifts that have not yet been fully realized in the outside world.  You know that you can turn up the light inside you and shine more brightly.  This is not news to you, at some level.

Where is the fear?  What is holding you back?  Are you really afraid of failing or are you afraid of scaring yourself with your own magnificence?

Well, Merry Christmas, my gift to you is to hold up a mirror so that you can see that your magnificence is the gift that the rest of us are asking Santa for this year!

I see your Inner Splendor.  I KNOW you!  I SEE you!  I LOVE you!  Thank you for agreeing to share this wonderful time on Planet Earth with me.

Let’s hold hands and move forward knowing that we can support each other in bring more Light to the Planet.  Your Soul knew what it was doing before you were born when it chose this path, these circumstances, your parents, your friends – all those who are classmates with you at Earth University.  All that is or has been in your life has contributed to your personal growth and to the consciousness that you hold at this moment.  And you agreed to share the journey with the other Souls around you.

Realizing that this is a community effort, Community Consciousness, then how can you spend the energy it takes to hold yourself back when the whole Universe is conspiring to support you in leaping forward?  Relax into the New You being called forth!  Shift – into high gear and get leaping!

The world will not end in 2012 but it will change.  As each human being decides whether or not to awaken and shine his/her Light into the world, the world will light up.  Be the bright node in the fabric of humanity!  Shine your Inner Splendor Light and keep making it brighter and brighter!

With great gratitude that you have decided to share this time of transformation with me, I invite you to take the step forward that brings your Light out into the world for all to see.

Be the Shift!
